Ingredients: Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate and Ascorbic Acid) 1000 mg. Sodium (Sodium Ascorbate) 94 mg.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin, Glycerin (from Palm Kernel), Natural Flavors, Stevia Leaf Extract (as Glucosylsteriosides), Potassium Sorbate.

How does it affect the immune system?​
Liposomal is delivery system that holds a protection around the vitamin C so it get's fully absorbed within the immune system. Regular Vitamin C does not get fully absorbed as Liposomal Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to stimulate both the production and function of many of these types of blood cells and more that is part of the immune system to help fight off bacteria and viruses.
